Danny's Chinese restaurant used to be China Wall. It was good then and last time I ate there, in 1993, it was also very good as far as the food goes. The service was terrible in the way that it was too good. We were the only table in the place in the mid-afternoon on a weekday. We had three or four waiters at our table, standing behind our chairs waiting for us to take the last bite so they could grab the plate away from us. It was terrible having them watch us eat through the entire meal. We tried to get out of there as quickly as we could and left one penny tip just to get the point across. Very good food but a very uncomfortable time. I would not eat there again. I like to relax when I'm having dinner.

Why are you only limiting the restaurants to Cross Bay Blvd.? La Villa Pizzeria and Restaurant is in Lindenwood, which is still Howard Beach, and they happen to be the BEST Italian restaurant in our area. As a matter of fact, the Village Voice rated them the #3 Italian restaurant in ALL of New York City! Not too shabby, huh?

Carosello Restaurant has a great mix of old time Crossbay Blvd. (game room) and todays Italian Restaurant. Everytime a customer walks through the doors they feel as though they are coming home. The great food, clean and updated decor is only surpassed by the winning combination of Mr. Rinaldi and Christina. They both make every adult and child feel like one of the family. Cudos to both of them and the entire staff of Carosello Restaurent.

Looking at all the different names of restaurants on ONLY the Blvd. now, it seems like a lot! However, I guess the Blvd. always had a lot of dining places. Yes, they should include the restaurants in Lindenwood because it's Howard Beach too but everyone knows that the original HB'ers still think of the old side ONLY as HB. It's always been that way and probably always will be. I think it's part of the charm of the place.

| I THINK LA NORA IS THE BEST RESTAURANT IN HB
GIOVANI IS A GREAT HOST, AND HE HAS ALWAYS GONE OUT OF HIS WAY TO MAKE MY VISIT SPECIAL
I HAVE HAD A FEW BIRTHDAY PARTIES THERE AND A SMALL WEDDING.{60 PEOPLE} HE WAS VERY HELPFUL AT ALL MY PARTIES, THE FOOD WAS SUPERB AND THE SERVICE UNMATCHED. I WOULD RECOMEND LA NORA TO ANYONE.
I WOULD GIVE LA NORA 5 STARS
