The Time Has Come

The time has come! For the past year a road off 102nd st just before Hamilton has been corupted by savage drunken and stoned men and women. Who care nothing for the area, They leave trash and bottles and baggies everywhere. They keep all residents awake in the long hours. The police do not patrol this block instead they drive past it, and at this time these people are in there cars where no one can see them. From the distance they cars appear emtpy. When the police do come they simply tell stoners to move on. This has to stop residents are tried of cleaning up their mess. There should be a regular patrol on broadway and bayview to at scare the men and woman do not get high and drunk there
