My dad taught at 232 and ran the evening center. I went to vdc 232. j202, adams class of '76. Best 45 in the juke box at the pool was Red Rubber Ball, remember Gigio's Pizza opening, Happy's Deli, etc...

I can't even imagine what Lindenwood looks like today-and don't know if I want to. Lived there from '68-'79. I remember the mall you mention and think it might have beena Key Food store prior. What about the little "carnival" trucks that traveled throughout the neighborhood in the evenings-you could ride that little ferris wheel and get a piece of candy. And the Mister Softee truck. Gigio's Pizza. The great bagel bakery on Linden Blvd. So many good memories.

I remember Mrs. Moroff! She was tough as nails! We had a nickname for her that I won't mention here-too impolite! I believe I had her for fourth grade.
