Lindenwood Co-ops 
Hi there, I am currently a resident of Glendale,Queens, but am considering relocating to Lindenwood in the near future. I would love to buy a garden co-op, but am wondering if the monthly maintenance fees are over my head. If it's not asking too much could someone give me a rough idea how much a person has to pay out each each month for the privilege of living in a Lindenwood Co-op? Thank you
