Use to go to PS 232 in the 70's and would cross the street for lunch. We use to get fries in a bag with ketchup and a Sunny dew to drink and a 1/4 of nuts. What about the pizza place we use to get 2 slices and drink for $1.00 Miss those days.

| I grew up in Lindenwood in the mid 60's thru early 80's. Went to PS232, PS 63, 202 and adams. Lots of memories from Happy's, the pizza place (Gigi's I believe), and the luncheonette. |

I have been visiting it a number of times over the past year. Lindenwood has changed some, but is still a nice place to live. You can walk the streets and feel safe. Some of my friends still live in their childhood homes, inheriting them from their parents. |
