Do you remember?
Bumped into a former neighbor the other day and they turned me on to this site. Just a shot in the dark but does anyone out there remember Bobby Petzold, Anthony Guarino, Tommy MacDevitt, or the old 99th st. gang? I went to OLG back in '68-'75 and remember the sixth horse hitch dances, the feast (do they still run it?), hanging at the Bow-Wow, Shellbank and New Park. The annual Frawley Clambake was a blast! Adams baseball and football games, man those boys could party. Would appreciate hearing from anyone that remembers those people, places and or events. It's lonely down here in Fla. Practicing law until I get it right, should have went to medical school.

Who are you? Is Maldanado your maiden name? We must know each other all those names definitely ring a bell, I went to school with the McDevitts (Tommy & Gary). I used to go to Bob's clambake with Mugger & crew. I think the Guarino you mention is the one who used to drive the limo and whose dad owned a funeral parlor (lived on 98th street?) I Graduated from Brooklyn Tech in '77 and we played Adams in baseball for the PSAL quarter-finals. Lived on 102nd between 158 & 159 moved to Broad Channel in '84 and to the Jersey Shore in '94. How come so many Old HBer's are down in Fla? good witness protection program? lol Sounds like life is treating you well mystery woman - Ted (Tippy) Morash

My friend Mike was the drummer for Six Horse Hitch. My band played lots of those local dances too, but later on. It's sad that they don't do that anymore.
