Does anyone remember Cherry Hill, Superman Hill or Suicide Hill - sleigh riding in the streets using the trunks of cars winter of 1969??

I don't know if you are referring to the hill under the underpass (Belt Pkwy). If so, I remember it well. We sure had some close calls. As much fun as it was, thank goodness they put up the fence. WHo knows how many lives were saved back then.

February of 1969, wasn't that the year of the big blizzard? I have pictures of a snowman built on my front lawn on the new side of HB. I'll have to see about getting them on this site.
