Sun Toy Chinese Restaurant in Broad Channel. Does anyone remember it. It was on the opposite side of Crossbay Blvd. from Weiss'. They served all traditional Chinese dishes but one very different thing - a chicken chow mein sandwich with noodles on top, served on a hamburger bun. I bet there aren't too many of you who would know about this one.
