| My last assessment here in Fairfax County was 125% more than what I paid for the house in December, 1999, 1200 sf house half a block from me sold for $625,000 two months ago. It's got to stop some where, I'm pretty safe, but the people who have bought in the past two years are going to take a big hit in the near future. |

Did you know Joanne DiLappi? She worked for American Express on University. I lived in Davie in 1980 and also in the Forest Hills section of Coral Springs, in 1994, then I moved to Tamarac and then to Boca Raton. |

I don't remember her, might well know her by sight. I worked there fromJan, 1976 to July, 1980.
Where in Ramblewood did you live?, my house was west onto Ranblewood Drive off University, about two blocks' distance made first right on 100(?) St(?), about ten houses down on the left after the curve, house has a false brick elevation. |

| I moved from HB in 1987 after geting married. After 9 years in Orlando I have settled in the Ramblewood section of Coral Springs.

| I moved to North Lauderdale in 1979. Later to Davie and then to Boca Raton. North Lauderdale has definitely changed quite a bit, as have Plantation, Margate and Coral Springs. Ever since Andrew, the place hasn't been the same. Now the only good neighborhoods are up near Orlando. I moved out of South FL in 2003. |

| Weston is nice. I like it here. Samwatt, you must have been here for hurricane David then if you're here since 1979. I moved down the year before and first lived in Ft. Lauderdale. |
